General Flower Information

• Your tracking number can be found at the bottom of your order confirmation email.
• Be sure to review the flower care guide is included with your delivery.
• You MUST contact us with any concerns about your order within 48hrs of receipt. 
• You may be required to provide at least 5 photos of the flowers & the Delivery Box and/or Box Labels. (Please do not dispose of these items before receiving assistance!)
• Club Level Memberships are charged Shipping on Orders. PLUS Memberships are NOT.

Flower Size and Color:

• The stem size is the length of the stem without the bloom. The bloom size is the size of the flower head (usually measured in centimeters).
• The shade of the color varies depending on the variety of rose. Due to differences in monitor resolution, color intensity may differ from actual items.
• Due to differences in shades, we do not offer samples, because we cannot guarantee a match between the rose in the sample and those delivered for the event. If you need a specific color, you should order one of the variety-specific roses.

• NOTE: We cannot guarantee the color of the center that you will receive when ordering Daisies and Sunflowers. The color varies depending on seasonality and availability.

• We are unable to accept cancellations within 7 business days of delivery date.
• To assure optimum freshness, different varieties may be substituted based on availability.

• Infinite roses and hydrangea are preserved flowers that are treated and dyed.
• Colors will fade over time, especially in bright sunlight.
• They are fully biodegradable.
• They come with or without stems.
• Be sure to read all of the care instructions.
• These can last up to 6 months.
