• 110+ common pet meds for $80 or less; with more than 50 medications $15 or less
• Select flea, tick, and heartworm preventative medication for cats and a select heartworm preventative medication for dogs is available for no out of pocket cost

You will need to present your Spot Pet Insurance digital ID card at the Sam's Club pharmacy drop-off window.
