How to update membership information

 

To change your membership information:

  • Sign in to your Sam's Club account
  • Open the Account information page
  • Select Profile
  • Select the "Edit" or "Change" link associated with the info that you need to change
    • Verify account via email or SMS
  • Update your information and select Save
  • Your screen will return to the Summary page once changes have been saved
  • If your email is linked to an old membership, please call or chat with us for help

NOTE:  For security reasons, Sam's Club does not allow name or DOB changes for primary members online. Please visit the Membership Desk at your local club for these changes. Photo ID required.
