Download Pharmacy History
A printout of your pharmacy account history (up to 24 months) is available to view and download for you and all your managed family members.
- Sign in to your Sam's Club app or the Sam's Club Pharmacy website.
- Select Pharmacy history on Pharmacy Home Page under the My Account section.
- Your pharmacy history for all managed family members for the last 90 days will display.
- To change the date range, select the down arrow below Showing.
- To filter by family member, select the down arrow labeled My Family below Showing.
- Select Download pharmacy history.
- Select PDF or CSV file.
- Select Download.
