Edit Sam's Club Pharmacy Account Information

 

You can edit your name, phone number, and email from your Pharmacy account. You can also edit the types of Pharmacy notifications you receive and view or edit authorizations.

Edit Your Personal Info
  1. Sign in to your Samsclub.com account.
  2. Navigate to Pharmacy.
  3. Enter your PIN.
  4. Select the Account information under the My Account section on the Pharmacy home page.
  5. Under Your pharmacy contact information, you will see Edit or Update next to editable fields.
  6. Select Edit next to the information you wish to change.
