Create a new Sam's Club Membership

Select the Join Sam's Club link at the bottom of any SamsClub.com page to compare the benefits of a Club ($60) or Plus ($120) Membership and instantly create a new membership.

• Complete all required fields; fields with a * must be completed.
• Add a Complimentary cardholder or add-on(s) during registration or later via your account's Manage Memberships page. The complimentary card is free of charge and grants membership benefits to a household, family member who is 18 years of age or older.
  • Complimentary and add-on cardholders have their own unique 17-digit membership number and must create their own online account to place orders.
• If your email is attached to an old or expired membership, please use the link to reclaim it, visit your local club or contact us for more help.
• From the sign in page, register your membership and create an online account.
• You can also join at any Sam's Club location by visiting the Membership Desk or during checkout.

How do I get my membership card?

• Visit any Sam's Club with your membership number and a government issued ID to receive your physical membership card.
