When do I receive a notice to renew my Membership?

Sam's Club sends renewal notices via direct mail and email to the addresses on file for the Primary Cardholder of your Membership. Notices are sent out 45 days in advance for direct mail, and 30 days in advance for email of the month that your Membership is due to be renewed. Renewal notices for a Business Membership are also sent to the Primary's mailing address.

 
Auto Bill and Auto Renew Members
If you’re enrolled in Auto Bill, your Membership will automatically renew using your Sam’s Club Mastercard. 
  • You will not receive a renewal notice.
  • Your billing statement serves as your receipt for the renewal.
 
If you’re enrolled in Auto Renew, your Membership will automatically renew, and you’ll receive an email reminder 30 days before your renewal date. 
  • You can view your renewal receipt in your purchase history through the Sam’s Club app or your online account.
