View your purchase history instantly using your online account or the Sam's Club app. For older requests (2.5 years or older)*, please contact us.

  • When making a Purchase History Request:
  • Have your membership number, name and timeframe needed ready
  • Requests are typically returned in 7-10 business days

 

To Find your Order History:

  1. Sign in
  2. Open your Purchase history
    • Filter by date, purchase type and returns
  3. Locate the order and select "See details"
  4. View, download or print receipts

 

—View or print receipts:

  • Select See details to view the order
  • Select Print receipt near the top to print or download a copy
 

*Sam's Club only maintains 8 years of purchase history from the current date. We do not track serial numbers of purchased items.
