How do I add or delete a payment method?

 

Add a new Payment Method

From your account information screen:

1. From 'Checkout preferences', add a new credit/debit or gift card - the payment method cannot have a p.o. box as billing address.

2. Select the + Add link.

3. A text box will appear below the + Add link.

4. Complete all required fields and select Save or Done depending on device or platform*.

5. You can also delete card information or select a default card from this screen*.

 

Delete or edit a Payment Method

1. Select My Payment Settings.

2. Remove the card that you wish to delete from your account.

  • As stated in the terms of Membership, a valid payment method must be kept on file as a requirement for any active membership. To remove this card, please add a different payment method to your digital wallet.

3. To update card info**, select the edit link of the card to change. Make the needed changes (expiration, cvv, etc.) and Save once completed.

 

*If you have issues changing your payment information on the app, try updating via desktop.

**If you still have issues updating via desktop, try deleting cookies and restarting your device.
