How do I change my email address?

Please Read Before Changing Email:

CHANGE VIA DESKTOP

1. Sign in to your account.
2. From the Account page, select Profile.
3. Select the Change link in line with your email.
4. Make desired changes to email.
5. Enter your current password in the final text box.
6. Select Save to finalize the changes.
7. The screen will return to the Account Summary page.
8. For security reasons, a notification email is sent to both email addresses. If you receive a notification that your account's email address was changed, and you did not make the change, please contact us at 888-746-7726 immediately.

CHANGE VIA APP

1. Open the Account tab.
2. Open the Account information page.
3. Click on the email field and select the Edit option which will open in a separate browser window.
4. Review the change and Save.

 

NOTE:  This change is applied to your login and default account email address.
