How do I add or purchase a warranty?
Sam's Club products are backed by our Satisfaction Guarantee and usually a manufacturer's warranty. For eligible products, we also offer extended protection plans from AllState.
— If you didn't secure a Protection Plan upon purchase, visit the Membership Desk at your local club or purchase one line within 30 days. After 30 days, extended warranties are no longer available.
- If the protection plan is purchased online, you will receive an email within 24 hours to register the product with your new protection plan.
- Your receipt is required to file a claim with AllState.
